Happy Birthday to our Sweet Little Chase

March 29th, 2013

Today would have been Chase’s 8th Birthday.  We were so very blessed to have had him in our lives for 6 wonderful years.  Today we want to share with you some photos of his first six birthdays!  Today will always be a day that we remember with love, as this was the day God gave you to us.  Today is the day that we first looked into your beautiful blue eyes.  Today is the day that will forever remain in our hearts as they are full of wonderful memories of all the fun, giggles, excitement and love you would have on your birthday.  We love you Chase.  We miss you every single second of every single day.  We think of you always!  Happy Birthday sweet little man!

Chase Made A Difference … What Will You Do Today??

Thankful Thursday – We are PROUD to be from Canora!

skatesThe Canora Skating club showed they were ready for some warmer weather when they presented a “Totally Tropical” theme for this year’s ice carnival on March 10, 2013. Along with many other organizations within Canora they wanted to support the splash park in any way they could.  So they decided to set up a silver collection at the door the day of the carnival.  By the end of the day, a very generous donation of $450.00 was made to the Town of Canora for the building of the splash park.

soccerEven back in the fall of 2012, the Canora Soccer Club showed up to our “Pumpkins in the Park” fundraiser to present us with a cheque for $1000.00 which was money the club collected from the families that made up the soccer club.

I really don’t have the words to express how appreciative we are of you all.  We are very humbled by the generosity of these clubs and the families that make them up.  It is the commitment and dedication of the members that make that make these clubs so vibrant, but it is your support and compassion that truly makes a difference.

Money aside, we are very touched by how everyone is supporting our efforts in building a splash park in memory of Chase.  Every single parent in these two clubs understands the gift of children and the pleasure they bring to our lives.  They are also families that are dedicated to making a positive difference in the community they live and to support one another when times are tough.  Please know that the power of kindness you’ve demonstrated is very much appreciated and we are proud to call Canora our home.

With Sincere Gratitude,

The Kraynick Family
